InvoiceNow E-Invoicing for Singapore Businesses

Send and receive Peppol e-invoices directly from InfoMaster ERP, and get ready for the IRAS GST InvoiceNow Requirement, which is being phased in for all GST-registered businesses by 2031.

InvoiceNow is Singapore’s nationwide e-invoicing network. It is run by IMDA and built on the international Peppol standard. Instead of emailing PDFs or posting paper invoices, your invoice goes straight from your ERP to your customer’s accounting system as structured data, with nothing to re-key, scan or chase.

The GST InvoiceNow Requirement

IRAS is making InvoiceNow mandatory for GST-registered businesses. Affected businesses must send their invoice data to IRAS through InvoiceNow. The requirement is being introduced in phases:

From Who must comply
1 Nov 2025 Newly incorporated companies that register for GST voluntarily
1 Apr 2026 All new voluntary GST registrants
1 Apr 2028 New compulsory GST registrants, and existing GST-registered businesses with annual supplies up to $200,000
1 Apr 2029 Existing GST-registered businesses with annual supplies up to $1 million
1 Apr 2030 Existing GST-registered businesses with annual supplies up to $4 million
1 Apr 2031 Existing GST-registered businesses with annual supplies above $4 million

Frequently Asked Questions

Is InvoiceNow mandatory for my business?

If you are GST-registered, yes. IRAS is phasing in the GST InvoiceNow Requirement for all GST-registered businesses by 1 April 2031. New voluntary GST registrants must already comply. Businesses that are not GST-registered can still use InvoiceNow voluntarily.

When do I need to comply?

Existing GST-registered businesses start between 1 April 2028 and 1 April 2031, depending on their total annual supplies for 2025. See the table above, and check the notification letter from IRAS for your exact date.

Do I need separate software?

No. InvoiceNow works from within InfoMaster ERP, so your team keeps using the system they already know.

Can I receive e-invoices from my suppliers?

Yes. Once your business is registered on the InvoiceNow network, suppliers can send e-invoices directly to you, and they arrive in InfoMaster ready for processing.
